　　Potassium cyanide is an important chemical raw material.Used for ore flotation extraction of gold and silver,electroplating,and heat treatment of steel.Especially in the field of metal surface electroplating,potassium cyanide spray has the advantages of high current efficiency,wide allowable range of current density,and uniform electroplating compared to sodium cyanide spray.It is widely used for electroplating precious metals such as gold and silver,and has also been widely applied in electroplating copper and zinc metals.Potassium cyanide is also used in the production of analytical chemical reagents,organic nitrile products,and pharmaceuticals.It is also used for photography,production of acrylonitrile and organic glass,etching and lithography,and as a lemon mold remover,with a wide range of applications.
